Out from under a bushel
After spending more than two weeks doing research and writing my guide to light therapy lights, I sorta slipped it in under the radar Sunday night, at the bottom of the previous post.
Then I realized, “Why am I hiding this light under a bushel?” to (poorly) paraphrase a famous line in the Bible.
This is good stuff. I haven’t found anything like this on the web. Summarized in an easy-to-scan format is all the relevant information you need about the kind of light (white, blue or green) and the type of technology – older-style fluorescent boxes, newer-style desk and floor lights, white LED, blue LED or green low intensity.
I’ve included pricing, the number of years the company has been in business so you can determine if if has a reputation in light therapy and importantly, whether the company has a money back guarantee. I’ve highlighted noteworthy points about the product or company and finally, given you my comments.
I’ve done all the research for you.
Combined with the posts I’ve written on figuring out how seasonal you are, how to determine how you’ll actually fit a light therapy routine into your life and the six tips to buying a lightbox, this guide is the final piece of the puzzle to help you figure out in pretty short order which light is for you.
Do yourself, or someone else, a favor and download the Guide. The link to the Winter Blues Wheel is on the same downolad page.
OK, you’ll have to submit your name and email. I’m excited to tell you more about the learning community I’m starting and invite you to become a charter member. But I won’t harass you. Not my style.
And if you have any questions or need help, just ask.
If you’re suffering, get some light. Please. I don’t care which one you buy, just get one.
