I offer three, 30-minute Laser-focused Coaching Sessions for purchasers of The LightDiet home study course.
Why just for them?
If you’ve purchased The LightDiet, read the Guidebook and are working through the Workbook, you’ve learned a lot about your circadian rhythm and light therapy. I don’t have to spend a lot of time teaching you the facts and information that’s in the course. You can learn that on your own time – and dime – and don’t need me to teach you.
You have a sense of what steps you should take, but you need support moving forward. That’s where I come in.
What the coaching sessions cover
I’ll ask you to share with me what you’ve discovered about your circadian rhythm. We’ll talk about how you see light therapy fitting into your life and schedule. Then we’ll work together to help you select the best light for your needs. (Session 1.)
While you’re waiting for your light to be delivered, we’ll work out the best way for you to create a new morning light habit that works with your life. (Session 2.)
Because you may be trying to change a habit when your energy is already at low tide, we’ll work together to find you the support you need while you improve your winters. (Session 3.)
